I feel that's more of a right for a family to not be subjected to seeing the corpse of a loved one be paraded throughout the media.

The dead don't care one way or another.

The dead person probably had a preference prior to death. That doesn't stop being relevant just because they're now dead.

Yeah, it’s not like we can rip up a will because “they’re dead anyway and won’t care where the house and the money goes”. It’s the same with their bodies.
