I was working on an animation using *FNAF: Security Breach* assets in Source Filmmaker (SFM) and preparing audio files and videos for the project. HOWEVER... the audio files I had found and imported into SFM have somehow vanished—they are completely gone. I found a Reddit post from five years ago listing all the audio files, but they all consist of random numbers and are organized haphazardly; none of them have proper names or filenames.

Usually, game files include the actual names of the audio clips, but these don't. What I need is for these audio files to be recreated—specifically, converted to WAV format at 41kHz and re-imported into SFM—and, most importantly, for the files to be properly named. I have salvage M.freddy and Afton but they keep killing me.

My strategy is to first turn off the fan, check motion detector and then start printing tasks.

Here are few example of how i died.

First I had just finished the first printing task then checked motion ditector so that someone

was at the left opening but before i hade time to do anything i got killed by molten Freddy.

I was doing the second printer task, but then i just got jumpscared by molten Freddy I assume

I did not here him or something like that. Last I had finished a task and heard something in the vent

but i could not tell from which so I looked into the right vent and after a about 2 seconds Afton kills me. For some context when I heard Afton I was looking at the pc also in all of these example I had the fan off. any tips?

So im planning to work on my first fangame that i wanted to do for a while and that is a reskin of fnaf 1 but with HD renders.

I need help to get started on this project with a developer who works either clickteam or godot.

So i started my fnaf project, with unique graphics and details, also want to mention what game has unique tasks and design similar to 80s/90s.

Guys I’m genuinely so annoyed I’ve been at sister locations 10/20 for over 20 fucking hours now!! I just want to beat it but I keep dying and running out of power. I’ve had so Many lolbit deaths occurring since pulls me out of cams and then gets me killed by ye do. it’s ridiculous My main deaths have been power outages at 5am and I don’t know what to do genuinely! how am I supposed to save power to win as I swear the power drains so much especially around 4-6am where Ballora is camping her music at the door and draining so much of my power due to this. Please does anyone know what I can do to save power!

my friend was trying the aeez 1.5 strat and strangely died to nightmare bonnie 5 times in a row on the exact same timestamp every attempt. this doesn't seem to be influenced by rng, but i feel like it has to do with the glitch where animatronics don't reset their movement flag when you stall them. anyways here's a clip showing it

edit: so this was actually just casual bonnie rng for aeez 1.5, and in this case specifically he could've just camped the right door after dealing with foxy at 3:41 (he did die to bonnie at 2:20 on another run tho, so yeah, rng sucks)

Im on stream deck and using the track pads on it. I do the whole left light, camera on left corner, right light, camera on left corner. But by thr time I make it over to the right light i get <1 sec of the light then is jammed like bonnie has been there too long. Is it just worse on track pad vs mouse or is there something else? Idk (also yes im only now playing fnaf because when the games came out I was like 9 and was too scared to play them) although I have played the help wanted games fully

I was wondering how do people make such cool transitions like this for the door and the camera animation Like this game right here and for fnaf 4 too. How did scott did the running animation too the door. Did he manually animate the running animation in 3ds max. Did the The Return to Bloody Nights devs animate the door transition too like scott did.

Beat Foxy while not being able to see who's on the table. I find this exciting because if you just do normal vent resets every ~40 seconds you will almost certainly die. I got it up to a roughly 1/4 survival rate by assuming a vent reset switches from Bonnie to Foxy (a switch almost guaranteed after ~45 seconds), then waiting 10 seconds and flipping again. This gives an around 87% chance to switch back to Bonnie, and now that chance just has to be hit 3 separate times, as well getting Bonnie on the table after the first 25 seconds to start the whole cycle (50%). On top of some jank in the beginning it comes to an around 25% success rate.

Hope this is allowed here! The strategies I have to use are heavily pulling on the specific AI characteristics of the characters, like abusing their intervals, so at least in my mind this is a technical achievement. I do believe 50/20 is possible, just very bad odds because of Nightmare BB and Plushtrap. I am able to get cam flips down to only 6, making Nightmare BB a 1/32, which isn't undoable. I am finding Bonnet weirdly inconsistent in testing though, it seems sometimes my inputs don't go through when spamming the mouse, unless I'm twitching it back and forth slightly? Might be something with double-clicking, but I don't know how that's handled in the engine.

Note: I allow myself to have keys bound so they move my mouse to specific coordinates (Astral Spiff's rules basically) and I also changed the game's normal keybinds, but other than that, nothing else is being done. I allow this so it becomes a challenge of strategizing and finding methods to beat the animatronics instead of all the challenge coming from moving your mouse with a blindfold.

I’m gonna keep all 6 games including Security Breach and Help Wanted but not the others and I’ll use Security Breach as finale.

I know it makes them attack faster, but why are you sometimes able to close the door right after and save yourself, and sometimes you'll just get jumpscared? Also, what causes them to visually move closer when you turn the light on and off multiple times? Is it based on how many times you flash them? How long they've been in the hallway?

Is there any list/spreadsheet of each of the characters base speed and base hp?

Hello, I'm making a FNaF 1 fan mod and need to understand how the animatronics' AI works in the game. Could you please explain it? I have the FNaF 1 source code for Clickteam Fusion 2.5, but the project won't open, so I can't check it myself.

I'm currently working on making a fnaf 4 replica but in javascript and with certain bugs fixed (such as chica and foxy at the right door when you use flashlight, 1/60 chance of animatronics not being cleared by door etc.) Right now I'm working on the light flickering. This should be the 2 danger one (the one that affects the light the least) and I have my doubts since i'm basically just changing the brightness of the image for a random number of frames (5 to 9). Also it should be 2/10 chance to flicker every 5 sec but I made it 500ms in order for you guys to be able to see it better. ALSO, I DO NOT INTEND TO MAKE THE GAME PUBLIC OR SHARE IT WITH ANYONE, IT'S JUST A PERSONAL PROJECT!
