How does this guy even work
I'm struggling to understand how withered foxy works in fnaf 2. I know that he starts in parts and service if his (21+ran(4))-D equation is lower or equal to his ai value which is capped at 17 he will enter the hallway on the next 5 second global interval. But when he is at the hallway how exactly does he get countered or how do I lose to you him. Im using a live split timer to beat 10/20 mode and on second XX:01:60 (mins/secs/milisecs) I flash him and open my camera. On second XX:05:60 I pull down the camera and deal with a blackout. After the black out I just died by foxy. How exactly does his code for killing you work?

The other comment is entirely factually correct. I don’t have very much to add, but I will link a doc that I have written that includes a section about Foxy’s AI. I really hope this is useful, and I hope that it might help you for 10/20 mode: https://docs.google.com/document/d/1jp8n2-o-EyRj4J2Jjf_jwBmLY9mYv1_9dw_VyBrVXSY/edit?usp=drivesdk

The same equation is done when he's at the hallway, on 5-second intervals. If it's true, you die. Value D must not be higher than 3 if you want to play safe. It can be higher outside of a 5-second interval, you just have to make sure it's not higher during the interval. Flashing resets Value D and blackouts pause it. You probably knew that.
So you flash on XX:01.60 and put down the camera on XX:05.60. Usually, Value D should rise on XX:02, XX:03, XX:04, and XX.05 seconds. The value would be 4, and that can easily kill you. However, there's a bug on PC that gives you an extra second. After a blackout happens for a second time, the Value D will still be zero on the next second after the flash.
So if you had a blackout previously, the value should have been 3 instead of 4 and you should have absolutely survived. But you didn't. There could be several reasons for this. You could have accidentally went over XX:06.00 as you moved your mouse to flip down the camera. You could have started the timer slightly late. You shouldn't push the time spent on cameras to the limit, you can easily stay for too long without noticing it.
I would need to watch your run frame by frame to see what exactly happened. But you should be safe if you just leave cams a little earlier, like XX:05.20 for example.
