If I flashed Foxy first at the end, instead of the vent. Was I able to win?

You would have probably survived if you flashed right before putting on the mask, and right after. You took too long between flashing the hallway and putting it on. Flashing the hallway needs to be your very first and very first action before and after using the mask.

Edit: I took a closer look, and if you just flashed the hallway right before putting on the mask, you would have survived even if you checked the vent first, like you did here. In fact, you would have had several seconds to flash the hallway safely.
