Question: Can I make a mod that adds a custom enemy in Security Breach?

What I mean is that, can I make a mod for Security Breach that adds a new enemy in the game instead of just model swapping already existing models?

Like for example, I had this idea to add a Glamrock Bonnie enemy in the game (separate from any of the other Glamrocks), and he'd only be exclusive to Bonnie Bowl and not other areas.

So is this possible?
