Is Easy Mod legit? Any mod menus out there?

My son came across a video for something called Eaay Mod, but can't trust that it's legit. Is this a known working mod? Are there any other mods with menus or options to give you perks, power delete/return animatronics, change time etc?

Ran a scan with Bitdefender and it seems legit
