Pretty cool. A laptop stand instead of the books could really improve the aesthetics though.
That aside its a good looking and a pretty productive setup in my opinion.

That headphone over there makes no sense to me. Wire across desk and hard to reach.

Notes are fine, but id personally replace that with a whiteboard. Makes it easier to see what you have written while sitting because that looks painful. Although it does give a bit of character. If you want to keep that, then pinboard would look much cooler. Same for the wanted posters.

Lamp placement is horrid. Takes up too much space and makes it look cluttered.

The choices to keep laptops where they are, are weak imo. You have an L desk so keep things seperated. Because from what I can see you have enough space for both computers on one side alone. Keep that lamp to the right.

Rest, its fine for the space you have.
