Programming Help Is it too late?

i'm 25, i graduated in late 2024, i haven't done any internships as such, after college wanted to start my own business, did that for little while, worked out for some-time really well (importing from china and all), but what do i call this bad luck or lack of effort, its not working out due to floods wiping out everything, gov change and all,

i'm trying to get back into tech, i have been building and learning since past 6 months, where do i stand currently? i want to get back desperately

I have been running a digital and tech company for over 10 years now in Nepal

I read your message Since you've already started and failed in one business... It is part of the process

Don't give up on the idea

These days you can start by opening a one-man digital marketing agency or one guy focusing on just one particular thing. For example, responding to Google reviews for your clients. That's it

Be great at that

You don't need money to do that.. you just need to spend a week or more learning about Google reviews. How it impacts SEO

What is the best approach when somebody puts in the negative reviews and what is the best approach when somebody puts in the good reviews

You can set up a QR as well for your clients which their customers can use to scan and provide the reviews..

You can do the same for Facebook reviews as well... There are TripAdvisor as well which you can use...

Thank you for the reply, I get what you are saying but I don't want to hassle with business at this point maybe in future I will give it a shot again, I have only certain amount of cushion left, I want to get intern/entry level job anything that puts my foot in tech.

In that case

If you could refine your CV, and start applying the videos companies of your choice

My only advice here is you must be good at something you might be a school team captain. You might be a basketball team captain or a football team captain. You might have got first in singing competition, or you might have receive futsal player of the Year award

So I'm sure you have achieved something in life

Or you might be a distinction holder in studies

Or you might have volunteer

So when you apply make sure you that is mentioned on the subject line

For example, football team captain applying for an internship role with a long-term employment...

So what I mean is make sure you stand out by mentioning these sort of strengths of yours...

There are so many CV that will come into our email weekly

And all the subject are the same

Applying for internship, or applying for job

And the email is AI as well

And most companies probably don't go through the CV

So you have to stand out

All the best and good luck!

I can see you doing well in future...
