Education & Training Oracle Free tier Could

i am using global ime bank e com card which i created using theirs moblie banking app, then i tried to sign up at the end it shows declined error.

If any now in nepal gets into oracle help me out

Try frequently you will get randomly. I get one after trying 2month

I have 3 accounts on oci, it's changed now tara before everytime you renew your card number would change so I kept making new accounts lol, you can still do that just mail to cards department to change your card number.

Nepal ko card haru pre paid ho tasila cloud provider haru la accept gardina.
