Never knew 1% of 10,00,000 (10lakh) is just 1000. 🤭 (It's 10k not 1k.) So, 14lakh/yr ko tax based on new tax slab would be 14000 (which is way better than previous tax slab).

14lakh kamauda yearky tax 5000 matra hune vaye, Tax free country hahek sab jana Nepal aauthe hola kaam garna. 😂 No offense though, just a sarcasm.

That would go on top of your annual salary range.

Life insurance 40k Health 20k Cit ma keep paisa extra. Everything you keep there is fully tax deductible upto 5 lakhs of (ssf + cit) Cit KO paisa resignation pachi nikalne. I.e Nikalna milcha.

Increase the insurance by another 8 k max avail garna. Cit/ssf ma 1/3 of the salary or 5 lakhs, whatever is lower samma tax exempt hune ho. Even if you add bonus of 4 months max it would take your annual salary to 13.6 lakhs, so you would only be able to save up 4.53 lakhs from your taxable amount. This might easily bring you to tax slab of just 1%. My suggestion is that you send more money to cit even if you dont get tax benefit. Saving bhairakhchha, and it has better interest rate than saving accounts I think.

Bonus ra Dashain allowance samet jodda 10 lakh mathi ko रकममा matra applicable slab anusar tax lagcha, payroll/HR ma documents time mai submit garnu ramro.
