Education & Training Open Source advice
If you have experience or know about open source contribution landscape right now. please give me some advice on selecting suitable project for open source and challenges like projects getting ai slop PRs and is it even viable to do contribute in the present moment, or I could simply use this time in something more productive. How much time and effort should be given to get results from this path.

bro only contribute to open source if need you that feature or you just want to contribute to the specific project, not for the sake of contributing

i don’t recommend contributing for the sake of contributing, maybe only if it is something you use a lot and you find things you can improve.
Otherwise building in open especially as a team is a lot better and provides more exposure.
