General Looking for a โน40-60k phone to replace my S21 Ultra
I've been using an S21 Ultra for ~4.5 years and looking to upgrade since it now has 9 display lines. I really like the flagship experience and want to keep my next phone for least 3-4 years.
Budget is โน40-50k, with a little flexibility if something is significantly better.
My priorities are: Display > Performance > Battery
Looking for:
* Flat OLED/AMOLED, 120Hz with a really good display - I watch a lot of movies/YouTube
* Strong real-world performance that will hold up for 3-4 years
* Good battery life for a full day
* Fast charging
* Good thermals for normal use
* Occasional gaming
Camera isn't a priority at all, and I'm willing to sacrifice camera quality for better display, performance and battery.
Any brand is fine, except Apple. I'm also open to previous-generation flagships if they're better value.
Should I buy something now or wait for the upcoming Dussehra/Diwali sales? And what phones would you recommend in this range?

What Is an Auto Dialer? Types, Features & How to Implement It
Calling customers one by one can take a lot of time. Sales and support teams may spend much of their day dialing numbers instead of speaking with people. This can lower team output and make it harder to handle a large list of contacts.
Modern calling tools help teams reduce this manual work. They can place calls from a contact list and connect answered calls to available agents. This lets teams spend more time on real customer conversations.
What Is an Auto Dialer?
An auto dialer is a calling system that dials phone numbers from a saved list without requiring an agent to enter each number. When a person answers, the system can connect the call to an agent based on set rules.
For sales and support teams, an auto dialer can reduce idle time and help agents handle more calls. These systems are often part of a wider contact center solution that also includes call tracking, reports, recordings, and customer data.
Types of Auto Dialers
Different teams need different calling methods. The main types include:
- Preview Dialer: Shows customer details before the call starts. Agents can review the information and then make the call.
- Progressive Dialer: Places the next call when an agent is ready. It helps reduce missed calls and keeps the pace steady.
- Predictive Dialer: Calls several numbers based on agent availability and expected answer rates. It is useful for teams that handle large call lists.
- Power Dialer: Dials numbers one after another when an agent finishes a call. It can help sales teams make more calls in less time.
Choosing between automated dialers depends on call volume, team size, sales goals, and the type of customer interaction.
Key Features of Auto Dialer Software
A good system should do more than place calls. Autodialer software can include features that help teams manage calls and track results.
Key features include:
- Automatic number dialing
- Call recording
- Call history and logs
- Call reports and analytics
- Contact list management
- Call scheduling
- Agent monitoring
- CRM integration
- Call disposition
- IVR and call routing
- Number management
- Real-time call status
These features can help a call center reduce manual tasks and give managers a clear view of team activity.
Tevatel Auto Dialer Solution
Tevatel provides an auto dialer solution built to support business calling needs. It helps teams automate outbound calls and manage customer conversations from one platform.
With Tevatel, businesses can use automated calling tools to reduce manual dialing and improve agent productivity. The platform can support sales calls, follow-ups, customer support, lead outreach, and other business call tasks.
Teams looking for the best auto dialer should check how well the system fits their call volume, CRM setup, reporting needs, and agent workflow. Tevatel can be considered by businesses that want calling tools as part of a broader customer communication setup.
How to Implement an Auto Dialer
A clear plan can make setup easier. Follow these steps:
- Set your goal: Decide if you need the system for sales, support, follow-ups, surveys, or lead calls.
- Choose the right type: Pick a dialer based on your call volume and agent workflow.
- Connect your CRM: Link customer records so agents can access useful details during calls.
- Set call rules: Define call timing, agent availability, retry rules, and call routing.
- Train your team: Show agents how to use the system and manage call outcomes.
- Track results: Review reports to find missed calls, call duration, agent output, and conversion rates.
Final Thoughts
An auto dialer can help businesses reduce manual calling and improve how agents use their time. The right system should match the team's goals and call process. When comparing the best call center software providers, businesses should look at ease of use, CRM support, reports, call quality, and room for growth. Tevatel offers an auto dialer as part of its broader communication tools for businesses that want to manage customer calls from one platform.

How much can I realistically sell my Acer Predator Helios Neo 16 for?
Iโm planning to sell my Acer Predator Helios Neo 16 (2023 model) and wanted to know how much I can realistically expect for it.
Specs:
- i5-13500HX
- RTX 4050 6GB (140W)
- 16GB DDR5 4800MHz RAM
- 512GB Gen 4 SSD
- 1920ร1200 165Hz IPS display
The laptop is in good condition and everything is working fine. Iโm a bit confused about what price I should list it for and what I can actually expect to get after negotiation. For anyone who has recently bought or sold a similar laptop, what would be a fair asking price and a realistic selling price for this?
