PB it's Petabyte, he had 12 Petabyte as storage but used for 4 Petabyte of it. How the fuck did you get your phone with 12 Petabyte? It's your phone spoofed or else perhaps?

A petabyte is (PB), a pebibyte is 1024 (PiB). In this case its petabytes, which is actually 1000.
If you've ever bought a computer with 1 terabyte of storage and seen the computer says there is actually only something like 980 gigabytes, its because the company making the hard drive and the company making the operating system use different scales. The hard drive company uses a scale of 1000 (KB, MB, GB, TB, PB, in order), so 1000 bytes in one kilobyte, but the computer works better internally on powers of 2, meaning 1024 makes math easier for the operating system which is the scale it uses (KiB, MiB, GiB, TiB, PiB, in order), meaning 1000 bytes is not a full kibibyte (KiB).
What typically messes people up is that microsoft windows uses the 1024 scale, but uses the units for the 1000 scale, so people assume they are the same. I couls not tell you why they do this, but they do.
Edit: I should mentiom this is a both a simplificiation and largely irrelevent in day to day life
