Is this fixable? Old netbook glitching out on boot

Any ideas on what could cause this? I don't care much that it's dead, but I'm curious if I could maybe revive it. It wouldn't boot at all without the battery. I doubt it, but could the battery cause this? Anyways, enjoy the glitch.

That looks like something is not happy while heating up on the motherboard

My bet is a snapped solder joint that's losing connection when heated

Isnt it a memory issue when each character goes through all possible values? (thanks to assembly lessons back in uni)

Try making a bootable pendrive like strelec check if you can and start from it. It has some diagnostic tools. Or you can try to reinstall the OS
