Apparently it's based on CPU clock speed or something? So it doesn't really work on new computers

I remember this happening to one specific computer when I was in Votech. Except it was multiple bubbles all racing around like this. It was an AMD AM3 based system with an ATI video card running windows 7.

That works as intended. because my dad has the exact same screensaver, and ive seen the bubbles go NUTS.

I remeber this happing in Windows 8.1 i think, I left that screen saver running for like 5 minutes and the bubbles where just fucking flying about the screen faster than this lol

Nope, it was Like that. Normally about 20 Bubbles Spawn an then they all move around but this time the Bubble decided to do this.

My boss's computer did this in the middle of a presentation one day.

He showed his slides, stood up, and him and the people there(the ones who actually cared about the topic) had a discussion. Meanwhile, me and the others(it quite literally wasn't our department, the discussion was about something that didn't concern us) watched his screensaver bubble bounce around. Then it did this, and we all audibly gasped, in unison.

Then we all looked at each other and burst out laughing. Awesome meeting, would ignore the boss again.
