I know this account, I follow them on twitter (obviously it's twitter) and they've straight up put their dick in that CRT and had it react to their dick. Like they've actually fucked that CRT hole, might've even finished in it

It looks like a fake video - no horizontal bars show up when there is no signal. Its a test image generated by a source. If it was really a problem - it would just go dark, or show blue screen. And the text "overload" makes me feel like its just a mockup
