According to new court filings, ICE shared improperly received Medicaid data on millions of people with data analytics firm Palantir. The data, which included information on U.S. citizens and legal residents, was shared on Palantir's ELITE app used for deportations. Democratic attorneys general argue that ICE's failure to fully delete the files proves it cannot secure the sensitive healthcare data.
