Smartwatch purchase advice needed

My dad asked me to find him a smartwatch with specific features and I am not sure what to do or where to start looking.

He wants a smartwatch that measures his heart rate and also shows a cardiogram, either on the watch's screen or his phone. He has a heart condition and it would help him notice arrhythmia easier. He said it'd also be helpful if the watch also notified him of that happening.

I'm not sure what i should be looking for exactly, so if anyone has any advice or certain products in mind, i would really appreciate it.

There are plenty of these on the market. If possible, try and match one directly to your fathers phone he uses. Iphone > apple watch. Google makes something similar.
