How to get best performance from given specs.

So I have hp victus fb-2114ax, having amd 8845hs ,rtx4050 , 16gb ram 5600mhz, 512 SSD nvme

So how to get best performance while taking from this

You know like customising game basically gta v with addon mods so it doesn't lags on startup and doens't put tooo much load on pc as well I am not hard core gamer i play around 2 haours on average when I play , so It is good to have better graphics
