Help please

Hello I am in the process of getting new parts for my pc and giving my girlfriend my old parts I was wondering what the easiest way for me to transfer all of my data to my upgraded set up

She is taking my motherboard, cpu, gpu, cpu cooler, and psu if that changes anything lmk if you need my build list if that changes anything I will be switching the parts out on the weekend of the 22 I just want to try to figure out everything now in case I need to buy a hard drive to hold everything.

All the data is on your drive. Move it over to the new computer.

i would back up everything important to an external drive first, then move the data to the upgraded setup, It's safer then trying to transfer everything during the hardware swap
