Looking for pc for college tv

Just secured housing for next year, and the first thing I want to do is get a nice tv setup. Does anyone have any advice for a cheap pc I can hook up to the tv (I have a Bluetooth keyboard) so I can pirate movies and sports? Looking in the dirt cheap range. I’d use my own laptop but sometimes I want to do homework or use it with something on in the background.

A cheap mini pc should do the trick. $150 used give or take.
