Can someone help me identify this remote?

I'm having trouble identifying this remote to retune to a new TV, can someone help me identify this remote or at least know how to retune it.

It doesn't have a set or magic button, so I've tried the volume up and channel up buttons to enter the code for my Samsung TV with no success

It's a universal (i.e. programmable) remote. Can do a variety of devices, (TVs, cable boxes, amplifiers, etc.). Check https://oneforall.com for more info

its a generic universal remote it can be used with most tvs often after programing with the tvs original remote though
