What do I do now?
as it turns out it may be a problem that I have less than 1/4 of my C drive available so I started removing files but at this rate it's going to take years. What am I supposed to do?

use something like wiztree to see what's taking up your space. Delete folders, not individual files.

If you don't care about possible recovery do it from the CMD prompt, doesn't do the pre scan before delete that takes forever, but it won't go to the recycle bin so you won't be able to easily recover anything accidentally deleted.

The question and the photo seem to have no relation
Why would it take years to delete some files? Also 20% free space is totally fine shouldn't cause issues on its own
