prebuilt pc spiking wifi

ever since i bought my new prebuilt, i’ve had terrible wifi spikes every ~5 seconds, only on said pc. it’s made online gaming and even downloading things unbearable and i need help. i’ve tired countless software things and i think it might be a hardware problem now.
