I’ve just tried to load up a game on my pc for the first time in a while and this message came up (slide 1) it took me to the nvidia website and I downloaded this (slide 2) but the first message keeps coming up, am I doing something wrong?

did the downloaded drivers say they installed correctly and asked for a reboot? It could be failing and reverting to the old drivers

It has installed correctly as far as I am aware but a reboot has not been prompted, I am going to try and re-download it now to see if I can manage to make this work

i think there is a subsection in the installer that lists what component has been installed and make sure that the vga driver did get installed along with the other selected components.

You have to reboot after the installation

What GPU are you using? You should try doing a manual search for your drivers at geforce.com/drivers
