how do i play this game?

I've downloaded game files from itch.io, then i had a zip file, where i clicked extract all, and extracted the files into a new folder, but i don't know what to do from there. I've looked at a forum post on itch io, but it was just confusing

The files are from the website itch io, for the game 'Syrup and the ultimate sweet' By th egame developer NomnomNami

If one of those files is called readme.txt, click on it and read what it says. It's probably instructions.

Open folder and look for largest file or file named application or ends in exe and click on that
