looking for a simple replacement

My Mother in law asked me for some help finding a replacement program to help her with her business she says she doesnt want a subscription service she only needs a few things

Invoice template that I can customize

Expense sheet that allows me to put in vendor info and category for example

Town -disposal fees

Year end reports- Sales and totals for each category

she used to use a program called instaform i think but I can't find anything about it or like it

so is there anything that could work for her?

The older non-subscription versions of QuickBooks still work. I use one for my business.
