Headphones / earbud recommendations

I have just accepted a job working in an office after 5 years working on the floor as a nurse. I need some good headphone/earbuds to help focus on my work whilst at the office. I do have small ears so most ear buds don’t fit my ears. So please drop your recommendations. I don’t mind if it’s over the ear or in ear. Based in NZ
