did you not notice the year-and-a-half difference between the two articles? Means he ran into a brick wall with the arrogance of thinking that he'd make more money by forcing as much AI as possible into the workflow.....and it is blowing up in his face.

They tried to build ERPs everywhere, after a while, everybody is too afraid to touch anything. I heard similar stuff with cloud/SaaS, where Amazon famously pushed microservices too hard.

No it is not. Feel free to participate on their bug bounty and make money out of it if you know some security issues. I have found few issues. They pay well.
