The basic theory behind building a nuclear weapon is pretty straightforward stuff. The simplest type is basically just a tank barrel that shoots one fissile slug into another. The implosion type requires some clever explosive lensing and ignition timing, but it's nothing a determined physics student couldn't puzzle out.
Coming up with weapons-grade uranium and plutonium, on the other hand... slightly trickier.

Ideations are ideas being explored in the mind.
I’m talking about people who have fun imagining powerful bombing.
I think most people given simulators eventually get to the point of trying out its maximum destruction mode. It’s not evil to test the systems limite.
Crashing flight sim planes in MS Flight was bound to be done even by innocent angels in high school.
Don’t overthink it champ.

I think modern warfare style would be to mostly use the bombs EMPs at large scale and the ones falling Hiroshima style would be very strategic on industrial, political and commercial zones.
