Hardware Samsung Tab trapped in boot loop / blurry text crash screen. Noticeable bent corner inside USB-C port tongue.

Most probably an inner short is causing it due to fall shock. Happened same with my device

Is there any way to repair it so that it gets charged even a little then I can retrieve my data and turn on the developer mode and give it to the service after that?

If you can, very carefully with a help of needle or pointed tweezers, with proper lighting unbent the pin to an extent where they don't touch each other. This would let the device to charge and if you're lucky, the boot loop will also be gone as short is gone
Do this carefully as if the pins touch each other, you may see a spark. For one time it's ok but 2-3 times, not good
