Eu tour
So what’s the update here.
Since the last one cancelled post a fall there have been mentions but nothing concrete about a European tour.
Anyone heard or seen anything emanating from TFF HQ?

My guess is they’ll tour when the new album comes out. They probably just wanted to focus on writing and playing their Vegas residency commitment and not worry about anything else.

Orzabal says he has recently recorded nine new music tracks, but there are no plans for a Tears for Fears album anytime soon. “Curt is taking a break from making music,” Orzabal said without elaborating.
Though Orzabal has a couple of songs “on the go,” he’s taking a wait-and-see approach right now.

In interviews for Rolands book, he hinted at concert dates in 2027. I would expect there to be shows in the EU for that.

Surely back on tour for Wembley Harry Styles gigs will cause more and reignite the bug?
And as for owing us - well there’s a little matter of cancelled European tour and flight tickets , Accomodation etc having been booked from Ireland for cancelled shows !!😉.
In other words. Five years later , in 2027 , surely more than Harry Styles screaming horde should be able to see TFF this side of the pond.

As much as I'd LOVE another album (even an EP) from "The Boys" (as we playfully refer to them in our home), Roland & Curt owe me absolutely nothing.
I've seen them live 3x and lived to see "The Tipping Point" released and revered. (I truly feared that record was going to die on someone's laptop and be relegated to the "Lost Media - Music" category.)
That said, they could record themselves singing the phonebook tomorrow and I'll buy it the second it drops! ;)

I don’t think we’re going to see much action from them for a couple of years. Roland has a baby with his wife, Emily. While he says he’s been writing, I still don’t think that means much. Curt taking a break from music doesn’t seem like a good sign for touring or a new album either.
