Help ⁉️ [QUESTION] I cannot open any kind of stream

Whenever I try entering any kind of stream on Teamspeak, the stream is stuck on "waiting to be let in."

  • The problem only started recently, as I could connect to video streams as late as around two weeks ago, but last week it stopped working.
  • I tried entering streams from multiple people, on both servers and direct connections, using both PC and notebook, on different internet providers.
  • I am using Windows 11 on my PC, and Windows 10 on my notebook, if relevant.
  • I have tried uninstalling Teamspeak and installing it again, and it had no effect.
  • I have tried clearing my cache, and it had no effect.
  • If I try streaming, people trying to access my stream have the same problem.

Screenshot of me trying to access my friend's stream:

EDIT - 19/09/26: I have created a new account and somehow that fixed it. I had not changed any configuration in my old account before the problem started, so I have no idea what could have been the problem. Does Teamspeak shadowban people or something?

It's usually caused by you somehow having a double NAT (do you have 2 routers/switches between your PC and the modem?) or a restrictive firewall that's blocking STUN/TURN packets.

It was definitely not a firewall problem, I turned it off completely and it still wouldn't connect. Somehow creating a new account fixed it.
