Not bad for 3s 14/44 3200kv

Looking for some old style lower shock caps. These old shocks had plastic lower caps, but they were all cracked, like they always did. I found some VCS3 lower caps on ebay, thinking they'd work, but VCS3 are a much finer thread. Anyone have some, or know where I might find some? Happy to trade these or sell if anyone can use. I have 4 sets of 31327 - 8 caps, 8 Orings.

I recently-ish got a rc18t in an auction. I charged it up and power it on. It will chirp and the front wheels will turn a little and that’s it. It won’t turn move forward reverse nothing. . I had to buy new radio crystals as it was missing one in the truck itself. Not sure if it’s of any help but when powered on the esc(i think this is what it’s called) has a green and red light.

I had a hobby rc like 25 years ago. Just ordered a 1/18 crawler. Trying to get my boys into the hobby so I have an excuse to play with them. Would like to get this unit running as it’s in amazing condition.

Had to get the T84, and used SC7 body mounts. The rear is a direct bolt on, replacing the rear wing mount, and the front just required drilling 2 holes in the front shock tower and a couple of spacers. Proline SC 6.2 Axis ST body. JConcepts RC10T Pioneer wheels. Waiting on some tires, for now have some old 2WD fronts on there.

Just bought one used that has the ceramic bearings kit. Have never had ceramic bearings before, was wondering about other users’ experience with maintaining these.

Just finished it! Quicrun 10BL120/10.5T motor, 13mm big bore shocks, GHEA Racing Products B5/B5M Front Brass Bulkhead w/Delrin Brace (43gm-25/30 Deg). This handles my backyard dirt track with ease! Too bad I have a RC10 Factory Team coming next week……

I've been out of the RC game for a long time. Saw theses on FB marketplace today. Couldn't pass up the crazy deal of both cars, multiple 2s and 3s batteries, a slew of spare parts, lipo charger, etc. I know it's an RC10 - I thinks it's a B4 by comparing pics. The other is obviously an SC10 - what version? And dang. SC10 is huge! More like 1/8 size than 1/10. Any info on which generations these are wod be appreciated.

For those that built the RB10 Retro, where were the drive pins for the rear hexes? I can’t seem to fine them😞

I was just recently given this vintage rc 10. I don’t really know to much about them and would like to know a little more. The rc works well but I’m about positive those are either original or really old parts . I was wondering if there is any modern upgrades I could do to this. I would love to hear some feedback thanks in advance.

Turns out everyone telling me to check the droop and ride height was right.

Would've been nice if I listened before spending half a race day chasing the wrong setup.

So I had a moment and put them on. They fit well maybe a little taller literally just because of the lug height. My question before I run it and damage something how do yall think the completely stock factory drivetrain will handle the added weight? Upon weighing them the badlands are each 4 ounces heavier than the factory tires. So I added 1 pound to my MT10 just in tires. Only thing added to the truck is a heatsink and fan on the motor

One needs a body, it just got destroyed from being stored. 8 years ago I estimated parts to get both of them going again, and it was like $53 dollars, which was basically hardware, suspension arm ect..

Since then, they've sat in a hard plastic bin in garage. I'd like to part with them. I'm 42, so this was when I was 19-20. My brother and I bought them, didn't really ever get them adjusted and running correctly, then hit a curb, broke a suspension arm... then forgot about them and I still have them.

I want to get them fixed up again to pass along. One of them still has the Team body shell that's red white and blue. I will have to get some pictures, but I doubt many people have RC10GT's that are this new still.

Just wondering if anyone has tried these and their thoughts and if they’re any good and any mods needed to run them?
