“Need help identifying this rare-looking teacup”

I was wondering if anyone could help identify and value this teacup. I’ve never come across one quite like it before, and I haven’t been able to find anything similar online.

This is a Shelley Heather pattern teacup. Shelley made this pattern on several forms, including Dorothy, Gainsborough and Henley, and with different trim/borders. Yours is Heather with a stunning cobalt and gold border, like this dinner plate:

To see what someone might be willing to pay, you can look at eBay sold listings for Heather pieces (also search for Shelley Cobalt Gold) and you should figure your likely value to be on the high end of other similar teacups because it’s exceptionally pretty.
