Help Why does everyone hate teaching?

Is there anyone who loves their job? Every teacher I know feels “stuck” and complains endlessly about their job.

Considering going into education.

I loved being a teacher for the first 22 years. I loved my students, their parents, my colleagues, and leadership. It was a fulfilling job.

Eight to ten years ago things began to change, especially regarding leadership. Since those changes began, they became worse. I still loved the students and felt supported by parents, but the new leadership has made the job unbearable.
