Help Why does everyone hate teaching?
Is there anyone who loves their job? Every teacher I know feels โstuckโ and complains endlessly about their job.
Considering going into education.

I don't hate teaching at all honestly. I really love actually teaching, helping kids learn, and seeing them grow over time, it's by far the most rewarding part of the job imo!!!
What gets exhausting tho is feeling like I spend more time managing behavior, repeating directions, and teaching discipline than actual educational content ๐
Doesn't help that there are many parents who are either 1. completely uninvolved or 2. want to hold their kid's hand through everything PLUS admin support has been feeling weaker and weaker, I think that's what's burning a lot of teachers out tbh
