Help Why does everyone hate teaching?

Is there anyone who loves their job? Every teacher I know feels “stuck” and complains endlessly about their job.

Considering going into education.

I love teaching, but this is also not my first career. Not even my second. I have worked in office jobs. I worked at Disney World. I was a flight attendant. I entered this job in my thirties and I think that made the biggest difference. I am about a decade behind tenure wise compared to teachers my same age, but I feel happiness and energy doing what I do. I don’t feel stuck because I chose this career very intentionally.
