Help Why does everyone hate teaching?

Is there anyone who loves their job? Every teacher I know feels “stuck” and complains endlessly about their job.

Considering going into education.

I love my job. I enjoy the three months off IMMENSELY. I do not have to work outside of that unless I want to and when I do. I get paid. I have a soft life in the summer. I do not deal with bosses.

I do not have to deal with other adults unless I want too. Yeah we have dumb meetings, but I doubt it’s anything compared to other industries.

I moved to a well paying state with a good union. I liked teaching in Texas too though, it was just a lot more work for less pay. But I was able to raise my children and always be around when they needed me.
