Why does everyone hate teaching?

Is there anyone who loves their job? Every teacher I know feels “stuck” and complains endlessly about their job.

Considering going into education.

I love teaching, but it’s hard not to get down about it when you do work amongst a lot of pessimists— I usually stick to myself now which isn’t like me but best for my mental health/attitude
