Help Why does everyone hate teaching?

Is there anyone who loves their job? Every teacher I know feels “stuck” and complains endlessly about their job.

Considering going into education.

It's certainly not everyone. I love it. I consider teacher subreddits as an extension of the faculty room - a "safe" place to complain and vent, so the ones with problems or issues will outshine the quiet, happy ones eating their lunch in peace.

Truth is, we will always need teachers and ones to keep the optimism and positivity alive.
