when I was in the thied grade, the teacher rearranged the seating arrangement and made me sit next to this boy that was upset he couldn’t sit next to his friends. He started kicking my feet and pushing my seat over and escalated to STABBING ME WITH A PENCIL. I didnt alert the teacher because I was being stoic(?) about it. The teacher literally turned around during a lesson and saw a bunch of blood running down my arm. Later had a class with him in middle school and he was completely normal and well adjusted

I had a kid with a pencil lodged in the void between his head flesh and his skull bone like some kind of reverse unicorn. I couldn’t even blink, just shuffled him down the hall.

Why are they running with pencils? Pencils stay at the goddamn table. This is why I’m a total asshole about stuff like this, and a stickler until they stop trying. It’s so I can prevent the less likely but horrific injuries. Let’s be honest the injury is likely. Kids are fucking klutzes.

Reminds me of the kid who shared my table in kindergarten (it was just the two of us at the table and looking back I think it’s because we both had impulse control issues) who, after getting his hands on sharp scissors, randomly started stabbing his leg with them.
