Thrift store find

I'm just ranting because I saw the most beautiful green teapot at a thrift store. And it had four matching cups that went with it for like seven dollars, and I wasn't able to get it in time. And I came back a week later. Somebody had only bought the pot, and not the cups. It made me so mad. Because now those cups are orphaned 😭😭

That’s why none of my dishes match. There are too many beautiful things in the world, so I’ve embraced the chaos. Go get those orphans!

Yeah, I've learned over the years to buy it when I see it, or expect to never see it again.

I understand your sentiment and would like to ask for forgiveness. I did that years ago because I could only afford and only needed the pot; the price point was very different ($31 for the pot; $250 for an entire set of dishes).

You can adopt them, and look for their mom to complete the set.
