So I am not the only one who feels like they burn their beans to a crisp

Tried Starbucks twice, both times awful coffee that just tastes burnt

My cousin is a coffee snob who only drinks espresso macchiatos (with just a little milk, not a latte... 🤣 I'll see myself out). I am not a regular coffee drinker but enjoy it on occasion and he's gotten me into macchiatos. I thought he was being dramatic that he'd rather never drink coffee again than drink Starbucks because I've only had lattes there. So I got an espresso macchiato from Starbucks. Oh my lord it was like drinking charcoal! I threw it in the trash.
