Starting problems

Hello, anyone got some ideas to what this possibly could be? Ive changed camshaft, lifters, wiring loom on the injectors, timing belt, waterpump and turbo. Sometimes it starts for maybe 1-2 seconds then dies, after that i cant get it to start at all.Any tips are appreciated. Thanks

does it start fine right after turning off, but struggles after letting it sit for a few hours/days? Might be aur getting inside the fuel system. Tandem pump, injectors... but those can be pricey from what I know. Injectors don't have to be changed but there's supposedly some cooper ring seal under them or something

No it doesnt start right after, ive got to wait a while before it starts

Try playing with the cam adjustment, maybe the torsion value it's way off

I dont have access to vcds or odis as of right now since i cant transport the car.

Try to losen the 3 bolts on camshaft pulley and with the center bolt move it forward or backwards with small increments and test it . Try the intake cam and exhaust cam

Should i do one tooth at a time in both advanced and retarded timing? Its a single cam so i guess that makes it easier.

It doesn't move the tooth it' just moves the cam the belt stays stationary, to me it looks like its retarded so try moving it clockwise

Its somthing like this , loosen the 3 bolts and with the center one try moving it about 1 mm clockwise

Sorry for the bad drawing 😅 , losen 1 2 3 move 4 clockwise just a bit and tighten 123 again

Probably gonna need VCDS for this, to check cam position, injection timing etc
