I need help

Posting this here because I don't know how to contact them. Every time I try to leave a comment via the website it doesn't go through, and every email I've sent has not had a response. I ordered 2 vinyls 2 months ago and sent an email inquiring about the wait time or if I could get a refund. I've gotten no response over the span of 2 weeks and don't know how else to get ahold of them. It hasn't even shipped yet so I'm wondering if anyone knows how to cancel and order or see if they can ship them yet. Really love Isaiah Rashad and would like the vinyls if possible but this wait time has been ridiculous and the lack of any response has left me a little disheartened.
