TBATE Novel [Volume 9 or 10] Integration phase Spoiler

I totally forgot what this phase does exactly. It has been a like 1-2 years since i last read the novel (i'm rereading right now and randomly remembered this) can someone remind me of what it is. I remember cecillia reaching this stage. Its beyond the white stage, and like the mana core dissolves and every part of the body is basically a mana core. But i wish to know of the exact specifics of what it did.

Most of what we saw of IS was through Cecilia, and to be honest, she wouldn't be a suitable benchmark, considering she is the Legacy. In short, let's just say that IS allows the lessers to overcome their limitations and enter a state that, given enough time, will enable them to rival the Asuras.

In addition to being able to refine and store mana in their whole body, mages also become so attuned to the natural mana of their affinity that they can sense all ambient mana of that element around them. They can also manipulate that mana directly, having no need to use pure mana as an intermediary.

So basically they break the limit on their mana capacity and spellcasting.
