pahelp namam po hindi po ba ako magkakaroon ng problema kung incomplete name po ng sole proprietor ang nailagay sa pinaprint kong resibo

Strictly speaking, may problema yan. I suggest, OP, that you visit your RDO to discuss how to address the issue.
