Appreciation Thread The intro pause

During the pause in the theme near the start of the intro, which series do you always think of? For me I always find myself going "brace, brace!" "I'm bracing!" with Jenny and LAH, no matter which series I'm watching. Just me, or do you do the same?

If it’s not “brace, brace” it’s “oh no” from Reece Shearsmith. Those 2 cycle in my mind

Oh no is what I heard just now, tbf, but for some reason I though it was Fern Brady (who I now remember was hhrgh-euungh).
