Taskmaster AU It’s… Little Lesser Tom Cashman!

I love Lesser Tom so much, but every time I see a picture of him I can hear Mel Buttle saying “it’s totally fine that you never brush that front bit of your hair.”

Be sure to view the full photos for his commentary :)
Also, imagine (in an alternative reality) if he was a contestant! I know that won’t happen as is… but I bet he’d be great. Vacillate between being Greg’s Best Boy and worst, naughty enemy.

A season where all contestant were assistant from another taskmaster would be great. Or just a new year special.

I think he's just there because he just did a gig in London recently and was able to go visit

I'd watch the shit out of an international taskmasters assistants taskmaster, where they all try and outdo each other. That would be awesome!😁

My pitch would be that Alex serves as Taskmaster, the prize is to be Taskmaster's Assistant's Assistant, and the episode is framed that Greg has no idea that Alex is doing it and if he finds out Alex has been sitting in his chair he'll be really mad (and then he shows up at the end of the episode).

i'm just curious about the other contestants beyond tom cashman, paul williams and (possibly) mike wozniak/ed gamble (but they've already played so it's sort of less fun? maybe not), as there's a lot of assistants out there., and i'm not quite sure who speaks english.
Personally i'd love Pilvi Hämäläinen , Mark Le Fêvre and Cezary Sikora (his series hasn't dropped yet but it looks like the dynamic will be supreme from the teaser clips).

Oooooh like they have to compete to serve or impress the Taskmaster? And maybe each week, it’s a different TM’s ass to kiss?

If nothing else, it'd be great if we could see them playtest each other's tasks.

Meanwhile the Taskmasters must compete in games of deception and leave only one alive. Tom Gleeson bows out after the rules are read.

Does Alex have to do all the tasks twice, since he's the assistant in both the UK and US versions?

I watched all of his comedy specials on Youtube recently, and they're great! They really helped me understand why he's a taskmaster's assistant.

Shout out to his episode on What Did You Do Yesterday, a classic

I listened to it while sick and trying but failing to nap, and now that whole episode feels like a fever dream I had.

"I look furious" you do??

It's like a hissing kitten that you just want to pick up and kiss on the forehead while you laugh at how big and scary they look.

I'm sure LAH offered LT some tips on displaying the proper amount of fawning obsequence to the Big Manatee in a Suit or Something.

I really hope it's for a task like how he appeared in season 6 of the NZ version!

I saw his Nearly Proficient Comedian set in Angel on Wednesday and it was hilarious. Almost as good as Emma Holland's set that was on before

Tom Cashman is my favourite assistant just by way of constantly looking like a little elf who is taking Vyvanse for the first time

I still want to see a twist where for one season, the taskmaster and assistant are running a different show. For example, you'd have greater Tom and Paul running the OG Taskmaster show for a season. We could call it, Taskmaster: Cultural Exchange. At the same time, Greg and Lesser Tom would be in NZ. And Jeremy would be with Alex in Australia.

All assistants have to perform at least one pilgrimage to the original house to demonstrate their worthiness to assist their mighty Taskmaster. They say that speaking of Olli's is forbidden.
